Roxanne Graziano Guido
Roxanne received her Comprehensive Certification on all apparatus in 2004 through The Ellie Herman Institute in San Francisco, Ca.
Roxanne has many years of experience teaching clients with neck, back and head injuries; hip, shoulder and knee injuries even those having full replacements. Customized Pilates workouts for clients with Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s and those suffering from spinal related issues; bulging and herniated disks, Scoliosis, Stenosis and more. Over the years Roxanne continues to seek out more information from experts in the ares of Neuro-Muscular Reprogramming and Bio-echanics and how to apply these important sciences within the Pilates method.
Tila Fries
Tilla Fries holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science and Master’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Rome, Italy. Tilla has worked in various athletic sectors since 2012 including sports coaching, and as an instructor of Physical Education. Tilla began her comprehensive Pilates certification and studies with Balanced Body in 2017. Tilla had the opportunity to experience different methods of rehabilitation based Pilates between Italy and Switzerland working with patience with chronic diseases like Diabetes, Cardiovascular Disease and Metabolic Syndrome.
Tilla is strongly committed to share her experience and her knowledge in order to improve her clients overall health and well-being. Tilla believes b where there is physical fitness there is also mental and emotional health.
Krista Leaper
Krista was fully certified through Balanced Body Academy on all apparatus and continued her education with Physical Mind Institute.
Bianca Rodriguez
Bianca was fully certified through Inner Stellar Pilates in 2014 on all apparatus.
Bianca received a BFA of Dance in Flamenco from the University of New Mexico Albuquerque.
BIanca is currently a full time Pilates teacher, Professional Flamenco Dancer and a yoga Instructor.
